How Does The Bi-Monthly Plan Work?

• With Autopay, our initial service starts at $65.00 (Lots <11,000 sqft)
• Your Exterior Bi-Monthly service will start 3-8 weeks after the Initial service is rendered.
• You will be notified of your service date, but for exterior treatments we do not guarantee any specific day of week timeframe.
• If you need a specific timeframe or an interior treatment that can be arranged for a small additional charge.

Because of our formula and procedures, 90% of the time, a home will not need more than exterior service once every two months to keep their home bug free, but if you find yourself with a special circumstance, please reach out to us at (725) 444-3430 so we can put together a custom package for you.

• $95 | 7,501 sq. ft. - 11,000 sq. ft. ($65 Initial)
• $105 | 11,001 sq. ft. - 14,500 sq. ft. ($95 Initial)
• $115 | 14,501 sq. ft. - 22,000 sq. ft. ($95 Initial)
• $175 One Time Service

Request for specific service time or inside treatment starts at $15.
